Mr. Cohen joined Reedland in July of 1998 and is responsible for conducting research and legal due diligence, business development, transaction management, marketing and contracts administration.

Previously, from 1995 until 1998, Jason was employed by a boutique San Francisco Bay Area investment bank, as that firm’s contracts administrator. In this position, Jason facilitated the closing arrangements of over 50 private equity offerings, playing a key supporting role in the consummation of over $500 million of institutional investment in nationally-listed public companies, and working closely with the firm’s bankers, in-house legal counsel, client issuers, and investors.

From 1991 through 1995, Jason was employed as a paralegal for a New York law firm specializing in bankruptcy/creditor rights, litigation and commercial law. Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Colgate University in 1991.
